"It always helps when your room is upgraded when you arrive! Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar is a fantastic addition and well run, we enjoyed an afternoon up there when it was too hot to be walking around sight-seeing. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - central to just about everything and with great restaurants within easy walking distance. Would stay again if in Madrid again."

"Everything about the facility was quite nice. The staff were very considerate, and the restaurant was good as well. I appreciated having an outside eating area to enjoy the nice weather. It is very convenient if you’re going to the airport early in the morning. Please be advised the traffic into the city might be longer than you expect. "

"The check in was available earlier than mentioned on the website which was fantastic from the start. The room was very modern and clean and I had a great view from my balcony. I was traveling on business and the location next to the tube station was perfect for me. The location itself is also great. Next to the mall and river. If I was to come to Madrid again I would definitely be staying here again. "
