The bathroom situation may seem interesting, but remember what you're checking into: a hotel that was moved from a ghost town to Bridgeport, and left very much intact. Wonderful, gracious owner on site, loved the story of the heritage of the place. Great eating options within a couple blocks walking distance."

"Dated but beautiful! The staff is amazing! We booked a room in the Cain House instead of the main motel. Its like a super old ranch house that was converted. It is incredible! Comfortable and clean rooms. Walkable to good food. Great park like area to sit back and have a drink in. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Yosemite!"

"Very comfortable stay. The owners were very friendly and made the checkin process easy and friendly. We brought our dog, and the room was nice for a dog (no extra charge for pets). They have a large gated grassy area that is great for dogs to run around. "

"The hospitality is wonderful. The room may be a bit outdated but it was very clean. I personally prefer outdated feel because it gives the feel of being in a small town. The mattress was brand new. I loved the table and chairs outside. Was nice to sit on and drink coffee and have the feel of peace and quiet. The property is clean. I was there on a saturday, and they run a campfire and offer smores. So cool! Great property for kids. I really like their main lawn area. What a great place to be. "
