I had a good stay overall! The room was small, but it was manageable and had everything I needed for a short stay. The best part was the location, as everything was close by and easy to get to. Overall, a practical choice for a short visit!

We had a great view of the castle. Obviously the rooms are tiny (well advertised) but with a small piece of luggage and no mobility issues the hotel is very central for an overnight or two. Staff very friendly!

Great central location, across the street from Edinburgh Castle. Early check-in (for a fee) was helpful for our plans for arrival day. Loved the water pressure in the shower and the nightlight feature in room.

This is a centrally located hotel close to some great restaurants and sights but is very basic. All of the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift so you need to carry your case up several flights of stairs. Great for a short stay.

Great location on Princes St, very clean but the room is tiny and it was ok for me as a single person for one night. The bed is small and uncomfortable and im not tall. Hardly any space to put stuff and no kettle. Expensive really for what you get

This is a small hotel, we had two carry one suitcases and backpacks, it would be tough to comfortably fit much more than they in the room. But it's in an unbeatable location. The staff were super friendly, access was easy (no elevator though), and lots of walkable activities nearby including the castle up the hill

+ The location and castle view were great. - It's a little awkward for early arrivals since there is a fee to hold each bag until check-in and also fees for tea/coffee. I had never been charged for these things elsewhere. Very loud from the street below until 1am. The hotel had a pair of earplugs in the room, which made up for it. The room was small, but nicely laid out so we didn't mind.

We knew the room was going to be tiny, but it was shoebox size. It definitely looked older. The mattress was not comfortable. Very tight squeeze for 2 people. The location, however, was great! You could see the castle from the street in front of the hotel and it was only about a 20 min walk to the royal mile.

Clean and quiet room, but was very, very compact. We were on the second floor but in such an old building it was the equivalent of 4 floors to climb - no lift or assistance available so be prepared for that. Good location to the town centre, within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and Edinburgh Castle.

Ok for one night, small double room fine for one person. Bed comfortable and had good night’s sleep, efficient shower. Did not like bring asked to pay for a drink after paying £157 for the room. Other guests helped me down the stairs which are the main drawback to this hotel. Good location on Princes Street.

Clean room, small like a holiday trailer, fine for one short night but not to enjoy the city for days. Staff informed us of this before checking in so no complaints, and it was clean. But the rooms are definitely small little pods for 1 person, 2 if you are close.

Edinburgh Easyhotel is great for its location but it is a tad too small for 2 people with 2 large luggages, The hotel Internet was not working at all so we spoke to the customer service at the front and they provided the WiFi password straight to the router and it finally works great. The room is not soundproof and you can hear your neighbor open and closing the door with a loud bang.
