The mall is connected to the hotel and the Hollywood walk of fame is just around the corner from the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options. "

While that could have been a major inconvenience, the staff immediately stepped in and fully arranged my accommodations at the Intercontinental. As much as it was disappointing to hear at first, my experience turned out to be wonderful. I truly appreciated how the Omni team took care of everything and made sure I was comfortable.
