A beautiful modern Villa located near Montecatini Terme, halfway between Florence and Lucca. The property is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with lawn, barbecue and dining table covered by a wooden pergola with awning, for alfresco meals. At guests’ disposal also an “L” shaped outdoor swimming pool (11 m x 7 m + 4 m x 5,3 m),  The villa is laid out on two floors, and can sleep 13 people. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items, but if you need a larger shopping center there is one located only 7 km (4 mi) from the property where you can purchase groceries and essentials.
