The hamlet of Brandeglio lies within the small stone village of the same name and consists of four one-bedroom villas. The village has a population of just 50 permanent residents, and even in the summer months when tourists arrive in search of a peaceful holiday, it remains a tranquil place in a truly magnificent setting.



All the apartments face a pretty terraced garden with a pool and offer stunning views of the forested hills and another medieval stone village perched on a hilltop.



Due to its small size, there are no amenities in the village of Brandeglio, but these can be found in Bagni di Lucca, about 9 kilometers from the villas. Here you’ll find a CONAD supermarket, several small grocery stores, and a good selection of restaurants. The friendly owners especially recommend Pizzeria da Pippo, Circolo dei Forestieri, and Agriturismo Pian di Fiume, which is 7 kilometers away.



There is much to discover in the surrounding area, from hot springs that were appreciated by the Etruscans and Romans to fascinating lost villages and the picture-perfect Ponte della Maddalena, also known as the Devil’s Bridge. The beautiful town of Lucca, with its impressive intact city walls, is a 50-minute drive away. The coast is just 65 kilometers from the village.



The car park for the hamlet is located about 80 meters from the villas.
