  • Very beautiful, rustic cottage "Agrumi", surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 1.5 km from the centre of Monsummano Terme, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 61 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 25'000 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 150 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Montecatini" 6.4 km, pebble beach "Viareggio" 61 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
