"Great location, best Petit old France, across from the train station. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast buffet was killer, all farm to table and fresh! Room was a good size, clean, great shower pressure. Would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg "

"Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage."

The breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of options for everyone, and the pool was a highlight—perfect for both children and adults. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; when the family suite was unavailable, they quickly found a perfect alternative for us.
