Inside, a 19 m² kitchen with oven, fridge and sink complements a cozy 16 m² living room that opens to a spacious 33 m² terrace. Ideal for families or couples, the two bedrooms, one double, one with three singles, share two modern bathrooms with showers and bidets. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round.

The fenced garden with lounge seating is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. Guests enjoy a 12×6 m pool (open April–October), play areas, table tennis, football goal, shared laundry and a wood-fired oven. A carport and EV charging post add convenience and eco-friendliness.
