Casa Micaela A is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps five people. From Casa Micaela A you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the hills. Casa Micaela A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Pescia Romana, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles), a grocery store at 8 km (roughly 5 miles) and the closest beach (Chiarone beach) at 11.5 km (roughly 7.2 miles).
Casa Micaela A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Micaela A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The property is a splendid two-story age-old farm divided into 3 apartments: Casa Micaela A and Casa Micaela B located on the ground floor, and the apartment where the owner occasionally live located on the top floor.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding olive groves and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the valley and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two high windows.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a high window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. The room has a high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
