The farmhouse is immersed in a large, well-kept three-hectare park and offers unforgettable sunsets. The swimming pool is 16 x 6 meters. There is also a professional outdoor table tennis. There are numerous outdoor spaces protected from the sun with deckchairs. Elisa is one of the two apartments on the ground floor (completely separated from each other) consisting of two double bedrooms and a third with two single beds, a bathroom and lounge with kitchenette, outdoor space with tent for eating, barbecue. possible addition of a 4th bedroom with bathroom, on request.
Pescia is located between various Etruscan archaeological sites: Tarquinia, Vulci Park, Sovane. Interesting medieval cities including Tuscania, Tarquinia and Capalbio.
