"The house is very nice, clean, and near the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and always friendly, accommodating, understanding, and timely with responses to any issues I had. The house has nice views of the beach from the second floor. Plus, the host is pet friendly, which was key for us since we were there to compete in the World Dog Surfing Championships that weekend."

"I so appreciate these hosts allowing our large, but well-behaved dogs. We loved turning on the little fire on the patio. I even saw a whale out in the ocean while I was sitting on the deck enjoying morning coffee. Husband and I loved walking the in neighborhood and on local trails. The neighborhood has a funky charm and character. Nice and quiet. And we hit up two dog-friendly restaurants in the area: Sam's Chowder House, and Moss Beach Distillery. Had a great time!"

Amy was an incredible host and was so accommodating with our last-minute changes, for which we are truly grateful.As a family with a child who has special needs, finding a peaceful and relaxing place means so much to us. The tranquility of the property, combined with the soothing sound of the ocean waves, made this trip worth every penny. It gave our family the chance to truly unwind and enjoy quality time together.We can't thank Amy enough for her kindness and hospitality. This definitely won't be our last visit—we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!"

"House was great! We lived being a bit outside of San Francisco, near the beach and in the foothills. The house is charming and decorated well. The only thing we noticed was that the furniture was dirty. Maybe think about slipcovers, so they could be washed.Overall it was a superb experience!"

"This was our favorite stop in our 10 day road trip of CA. The listing was clean. Exactly as described. Great host who was very responsive and kind. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and perfect for the cool nights. The ocean view deck was a nice touch. It was 35mins from San Francisco. 35mins from the airport. Montera Beach is 4 min drive away and is very pretty. Felt like a home away from Home. Personal shampoo/conditioner would be recommeneded if picky with product. Hair dryer available. Washer and dryer was nice. Nice coming home without any dirty laundry. Would def recommend!"
