Good room. Good price. Noisy on the street but acceptable. Relatively clean. A bit remote from the BART station (good walk with 2 convenience stores on the way) but close to Caltrain. Convenient bus stop in front of the hotel. Few shops around but more at BART shopping center and on Camino Real. Took my payment a few weeks before the stay although it was supposed to be paid at the hotel.

This hotel is close to the airport which is very convenient. We were checked in promptly and our room was clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful, very attentive. While I wasn't thrilled with the breakfast selection - eggs and sausage, waffles, and cereal all get kinda old after 3 days - the covered, off street parking more than made up for that. I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Front desk was very helpful and we love the location. The down side is, the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Only 3 smaller pillows available. Breakfast is a basic continental with no choices for protein (boiled eggs would make great addition.

The property was a little dated but it was obvious an effort was made to keep space clean and comfortable. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the room had everything we needed, plus it was very close to the airport.

It was easy to visit more relatives, visit the cemeteries and enjoy the peace and quiet this hotel offers.. The interior decor was welcoming, and staff presented themselves in a wellmannered /calm fashion. Very refreshing.
