From the moment we arrived, this place felt special. Check-in was seamless, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — just a 10-minute Uber from the Montauk train station- right in the heart of the Hamptons, which surprisingly was available in the middle of summer. Perfect if you’re out exploring or just looking to decompress. The space is wonderfully open and airy, nicely decorated without feeling overdone — no clutter, just a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless and fresh, which makes all the difference when you’re settling into somewhere new. Comfort was clearly a priority…however there is only one bed, but the mattress is absolutely incredible A+ (would love to know the brand!). The couch is also genuinely comfortable and works great as an alternate sleeping spot. (I think there’s an air bed- we didn’t need it) The area is very quiet. Open the porch door and you hear is the ocean breeze and morning birds. Absolutely blissful. Pool isn’t steps away from the porch. Kelly was responsive, warm, and made everything effortless from start to finish. Oh — and having coffee as an amenity in the apt was A+. BIG bonus points. Many, many, thanks for everything! Hope we can stay again soon!

Great place!

My family stayed here for 2 nights (husband, myself and my 2 kids - age 8 and age 11). The condo was super clean and check-in was really easy. Location was amazing - right across the street from the beach and we were also able to walk into town (about a 25 min walk to town). Highly recommend this place and would defintely stay here again.

This property was perfect! Everything was new and very well maintained. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you might need for a week's vacation. Dreamy Retreat

I’ve been coming to Montauk for years and this spot is a little slice of heaven in a prime location. A perfect oasis to retreat at after an active day. Beautiful ocean views from inside and on the terrace, a pool steps away, beach access right across the street and a nicely renovated, laid out condo to come have as the perfect base. Great weekend getaway with kids

Perfect spot in Montauk, close to the beach and town. We walked to town with a 3 year old and infant in the stroller and very doable nice walk. The condo is clean and equipped with basic necessities so bring anything you might need cooking wise. Kept the baby in the bedroom and our 3 year old in the living room but we made it work. Kelly is extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from.

Wonderful Getaway

We spent two evenings at this lovely condo. The property is wonderful- newly renovated and has everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beach is literally across the street and from the back patio where I had breakfast each morning, a lovely view of the ocean. If you are an early riser, a perfect view of the sunrise! I will definitely be coming back to this property in the near future. Don’t hesitate with this one.

Comfort by the Ocean

This condo unit was so nice. As a previous review noted, you can hear the ocean from inside, as well as see it for yourself from the lovely spacious deck. The bed was so comfortable, so much so that it stands out from most rentals. Remodeled shower was lovely, everything was simply decorated, and the place has pretty much anything you’d need. Kelly was very communicative and available when we had questions. A few mins drive from town or a 20ish minute walk. Would stay again!

Pictures don’t do it justice! So relaxing. Quiet and clean. Best we could ask for. The deck is great. It was bit cold so we couldn’t use the pool but we would love to be back for the summer! Very close to close to everything but still extremely quiet. Kelly was also an amazing host. She responded quickly and assisted with a parking question we had. Couldn’t ask for anything more. 5 stars!
