Great place

Mary was lovely and accommodative with early check-in/late check-out. The apartment had everything we needed and beach chairs/towels were super appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Mary was an amazing host! The apartment was cozy, quiet and very clean. The private fenced in yard in the back was a plus. Minutes drive to everywhere Montauk. Would stay again hands down.

Fantastic Weekend for 2

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend and had the best time - the accommodation is perfect for a long weekend in Montauk. Short walk to the beach, close to town and all the restaurants, and the space itself is really awesome (we used the grill to bbq one night). 100% would love to stay again

Perfect hideaway

Quiet, private, well-appointed spot with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located within walking distance to town, it has its own outdoor area perfect for lounging and cooking out. We loved it!

Charming cottage with beach vibes! Excellent location, incredibly clean and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with - check in was simple and easy. 5 stars all around - would highly recommend and will likely be returning.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I decided to take a weekend in Montauk as we had never been. This cute little endearing place came up when I searched so I booked it! We had a great stay- place is conveniently located near town. Mary was very communicative and helpful in suggesting some local restaurants to try. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely little cottage and host

We enjoyed our stay at Mary’s little cottage that is well situated to get to everything in town. The happy surprise is that it is surrounded by flowers and tomato plants. The place had everything we needed. It is small but perfect for two. We’d love to come back.

Lovely, but small unit. Many positive qualities. Yard, grill, lovely host, helpful well furnished .. amenities. Only issue was bed/bedroom. Might not be an issue for most. Queen bed with almost no room on either side and you roll towards center of bed. Ideal location. Near beaches , restaurant….Lovely unit for most.

As Expected

No surprises- all as advertised. The bed is, as other reviewers mention, tightly placed in the bedroom but we found it quite comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but the space is adequate as is the sitting area. The property is in a quiet location which we found especially nice to then be able to sit in the little yard eating breakfast and taking an afternoon nap. It’s also not too far from the main area of restaurants and shops. Also, tip for beach access: if early enough you’ll find free parking with no hour limit just down the street from Left Hand Coffee. Beach chairs and towels were provided to us- much appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close enough to easily get into town while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. What a lovely stay in Montauk. This sweet little property had every accommodation one could need for a relaxing getaway, including a fenced green space for our Maddie girl while we enjoyed an evening cocktail, which meant so much to us. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly central to everything.What truly stood out, though, was the care, proactive communication, and genuine hospitality of our host, Mary. She made everything feel effortless and welcoming from start to finish. Even the weather was amazing. Not quite sure how she pulled that off. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already hoping to return.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, just a short walk from town. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved having access to the private backyard, where we enjoyed grilling and a BBQ one evening. Highly recommend!
