Rooms were clean, staff were very professional, I always look forward to the breakfasts while in Rome and this was no exception, nice variety and good quality. About a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Rooms were really clean, big and percent location. One thing I will say with how spacious the rooms are you need more storage. No room to put anything in the washroom or room. But would stay here again because everything was so nice and staff was very friendly

Great location, nice hotel. But, our room did not lock from the outside. You could literally push the door open even when in “locked” status. At night, we were able to use the slide lock, so that helped some. Also, our bathroom door would not shut. We had to put something in front of it to keep it semi closed when using.

This location is perfectly located in the middle of town for a tourist! Really amazing staff who have great communication via WhatsApp. The breakfasts were fantastic -
Highly recommend!! And the dinner onsite is great too. Room was small, but clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were firm but comfortable (think memory foam). The pillows were not good but it’s nominal when everything else is perfect!!!

"Helpful and very friendly staff. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice (kettle and tea/coffee, for example). A couple of the lifts/elevators stopped working but were fixed very quickly. Overall great place to stay and would recommend. Great location in Rome - very close (walkable) to some ..."
