Spirit of Rom

On our trip through Italien we made a stop in this house for three days to visit Rom. We've found the house without big problems and the host welcomed us personally. The house has all man needs for short or long stay and has recalled my memory about my childhood in the house of grandmother. It was very comfortable and pleasant to spent the time in this house and i can only recommend it to all, who want to get the spirit of Rom. Communication with Emanuela (hostess) was very easy. She was always ready to help.

Advertentie wijkt af van de werkelijkheid: in de vertaling van de Italiaanse naar Nederlandse advertentie is er iets mis gegaan. In de Nederlandse advertentie staat dat er twee slaapkamers zijn, maar er is er maar één. Het andere bed staat in de woonkamer/keuken en er is een vouwbed. Dat was voor ons gezin (2 volwassenen en twee jonge kinderen) een flinke tegenvaller. Verder werkte de wifi niet. Naast die tegenvallers was het ook een fijne plek. De tuin heeft ruim voldoende schaduw om ook in de warme maanden lekker buiten te kunnen zitten en het huis is lekker koel. Het is een rustig dorpje met een gezellig koffiebarretje om de dag te beginnen en het ligt gunstig om als uitvalsbasis te dienen voor tripjes naar Rome en wandelingen in de omgeving. Contact met de eigenares is prettig en snel. Al met al een dubbele ervaring, maar wel een fijne vakantie.

Ideale Unterkunft für Familien, die Rom besuchen möchten

Sehr saubere und ruhige Unterkunft bei einer sehr freundliche und aufmerksamen Gastgeberin. Der Bungalow im Garten besteht aus dicken Steinmauern und wird von einem großen Baum abgeschattet. Er heizt sich nicht auf und man kann hier den Abend nach einem anstrengend Tag in Rom wirklich genießen. Die Betten sind sehr gut.Wir wollen noch einmal Rom besuchen und werden bestimmt wieder hier bei Emanuela unser Quartier aufschlagen.

Hier wird man richtig willkommen geheißen

Die Unterkunft war zwar etwas klein für 5 Personen, aber super gemütlich. Durch das Tor hat man sich auch sicher gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, nett und sehr zuvorgekommen. Hat Spaß gemacht dort zu wohnen. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder machen. Ist sehr empfehlenswert, und auch nicht weit von Rom City entfernt. Also buchen wenn ihr nach Rom wollt und günstig wohnen wollt. 👍😊

Ein idyllisches, kleines Domizil

Wir haben hier zu viert 3 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Emanuela ist eine so nette Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns jeden Morgen frische Teilchen zum Frühstück gebracht und wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt! Die Klimaanlage war ein Traum bei der Hitze im Juli. Auch die Anbindung an Rom ist super. Wir sind jeden Tag nur ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zur P+R-Station Montebello gefahren und von dort mit der Metro direkt ins Zentrum von Rom. Das Ferienhaus ist total urig und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Kleiner Trupp nach Rom.

Uns hat das kleine Häuschen sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns sehr gut beraten, wo man frühstücken gehen kann, mit welcher Metro man in die Stadt fährt…… Die Lage ist top. Weit entfernt vom Rom, aber wir konnten mit der Metro dahin fahren. (20 Minuten). So war es angenehm, kein Parkplatz suchen, kein Stress mit dem Verkehr. Und wir waren mitten im Rom😊

Tranquillità assoluta

Dependance molto carina e caratteristica con un giardino curato e tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. I proprietari sempre molto disponibili e pronti per ogni necessità, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. A poca distanza dal trenino per Roma dove si arriva in 15 min.

Idéal pour famille avec enfants et chien

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Rome chez Emanuella. Notre chienne a apprécié pendant nos longues journées sur Rome la présence de Rex dans ce beau jardin. Nos enfants aussi ont été heureux de se reposer le soir dans ce coin calme ou l'on dort bien. Emanuela merci pour tes conseils, ta discrète présence. Je n'en dirai pas plus car le commentaire d'avant parle si bien de ce séjour à Rome et des choses essentielles à voir et à revoir.

Visiter Rome en logeant à la campagne

Petite maison très bien équipée, au calme et idéalement située pour visiter Rome (20 minutes de trajet: voiture sur parking Saxa Rubra + métro, à un prix très raisonnable). Accueil très sympathique d'Emanuella qui est disponible et efficace et dont les conseils sont toujours judicieux. Beaucoup de petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.

LA ROCHELLE -SACROFANO -ROME

Si tous les chemins mènent à Rome arrêtez vous D'abord à SACROFANO! Après 1700km (facilement réalisable ,aucune difficulté pour circuler en Italie ),nous avons découvert notre location conforme à l' annonce . L' accueil d' Emmanuela est chaleureux ,elle est à la fois discrète et disponible,n' hésitez pas à lui demander conseil elle vous répondra dans un français impeccable .Idéalement situé pour visiter Rome sans prendre la voiture grâce au train . Rome est une ville magnifique ,mes enfants adolescents ont aussi apprécié le séjour et le calme de notre gite ,qui se trouve dans la belle campagne italienne. j' espère et je souhaite y retourner pour découvrir encore mieux cette région et je sais que je peux compter sur Emmanuela ... Donc ne tardez pas à venir découvrir Sacrofano!

Viva Sacrofano

Accueil avec tomates du jardin et véritable mozzarella de buffala, logement sans prétention mais très propre, spacieux et meublé avec goût, linge de maison de qualité, garage pour la voiture, sourire perpétuel de Silvio, le père, regard charmeur de Simone, le fils et enfin l'inoubliable Emanuella, francophone et à n'en pas douter francophile, avare de grimaces et de mauvaise humeur et prolixe en conseils, toujours avisés... La villa d'Este, la villa Adriana, le lac de Bracciano, le village médiéval et méconnu de Calcatta, le site merveilleux de Sutri, le palais des papes et les termes de Viterbo, tous ces joyaux dans un rayon de 50 km autour de cette charmante petite maison....Avec Rome bruyante mais si extraordinaire à 20 minutes en train ...Et le soir, retour à Sacrofano, au grand calme et au frais...Enfin, Silvio qui fait goûter son limoncello...Da morire, comme disent les italiens, qui restent d'incorrigibles bons vivants, ayant un sens extraordinaire de l'accueil et du savoir vivre...Pas de regrets, cette location nous a parfaitement convenu, tant par sa localisation que par sa qualité, et Emanuella, Silvio et Simone se sont montrés attachants sans jamais être envahissants...Tout comme Rex et Tigrotta, discrets et affectueux avec les hôtes... Enfin, Sacrofano offre de très bons restaurants à des prix corrects, un café situé à une centaine de mètres de la location sert un très bon petit déjeuner pour un somme modique et une petite épicerie permet de s'approvisionner en produits locaux... quel beau pays

Nous avons passe 2 semaines tres agreables,entoures d Emanuela et Silvio qui ne comptent pas leurs efforts pour faire plaisir a leurs hotes.Je recommande tres vivement ce gite extrement confortable et tres proche de Rome.L Italie est vraiment un merveilleux pays...et les Italiens des gens extraordinaires...Nous reviendrons.Gracie mille!!!

logement bien entretenu,en parfaite harmonie avec sa description.Lieu parfait pour decouvrir Rome et se reposer en toute sérénité. Que dire des proprietaires sans faire un concert de louanges? Silvio ses délicieuses tomates et sa discretion;Emanuela,quelques adjectifs suffisent ,généreuse,pleine d'attentions,disponible a l'écoute ...etc j'oubliais merveilleuse cuisiniere.Merci a cette famille a decouvrir tout autant que Rome.Touriste,n'ayez aucune hésitation.

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Un séjour totalement réussi avec nos enfants de 2 et 3 ans ! Emanuela s'est mise en quatre pour rendre le séjour agréable, sans pour autant se montrer intrusive : renseignements pratiques, prêt d'un lit et d'un siège bébé, etc... Il nous suffisait de laisser notre voiture au parking de la gare toute proche, puis de rejoindre Rome en une vingtaine de minutes par un train-RER nous déposant directement à Flaminio, au coeur des sites historiques. Après des journées bien remplies, il était particulièrement agréable de rejoindre la maison pour se préparer quelques pâtes ou autres raviolis et prendre un peu de repos au calme... !
