"Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und das verdanke ich zu einem großen Teil dem exzellenten Service von Frau Anabelle. Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "The hotel was clean and quiet. Exactly what you want while traveling. It was very conveniently located to a grocery store and pleny of walking, running ,or biking trails. It is right next to the Old town of Hanau, which is very nice. We stayed for a week and the only critique that i have is, i wish it had a little bigger fridge so we could store a couple items in it. Just so we wouldnt have to eat out 4 times a day. Other than that, i would definitely stay ther again. "
