"De kamer was gloednieuw en schoon. De ramen konden helaas niet open. Tv was onhandig gepositioneerd. Douche en bed waren goed. De receptie was onvriendelijk, en niet welkomend. Het ontbijt was matig, geen bijzondere selectie en smakeloos brood, er werd stofgezogen tijdens het ontbijten (om 8.30), veel mensen hadden er last van. Beide koffieapparaten zaten vol met koffieafval en heb ik zelf moeten legen. Ik weet niet hoe dit hotel vier sterren heeft, ik vind het hooguit een drie sterren hotel."
