Monte Rei Hotel Deals
"Practical hotel in the centre of Portalegre. Overall the hotel feels a bit dated but generally clean. Breakfast was ok but not a single lactose or gluten free option (at least we couldn’t find it and there was no staff on sight)"
"This hotel was located right in the centre of a little town and the front desk staff was so helpful. Her English was excellent and she gave us many suggestions of places to eat and even phoned over to a car repair shop for us to fix a tire. The hotel is located along a beautiful channel that you walk along to get to the local restaurants. The room was rather small but suited our needs and was very clean. Breakfast was provided and it had a variety of cold options. The hotel was only 10 km from...
"Beautiful property in an excellent location in Marvao! The room was clean, had everything we wanted and needed, and the hotel towels made it seem luxurious! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were super friendly!"
"Beautiful location just a couple minutes walk to Castelo de Marvão. Our room was small but cosy and comfortable, and being within the walled village, it was quiet at night after the village emptied. The front desk host was very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our whole trip. Wish we had stayed for more than one night. Would definitely return again."
"El hotel es muy bonito, tiene parqueo amplio dentro del inmueble (en el jardín posterior), piscina, incluye desayuno y se puede ir caminando a los lugares turísticos y restaurantes del centro."

"Room with character clean 4-poster bed. Lovely terrace with incredible views. Inside the walls and near the castle and restaurants (bookings very advisable)."
