"The property was amazing! The house was lovely. The various decks were so very enjoyable. The hot tub was spectacular! The outdoor shower is WONDERFUL! The kitchen was well appointed. The owner was very responsive if we needed anything. It was great to have Kayaks right on the property! The only issue we had was that we could hear traffic noise from across the river when we were enjoying the outside area of our rental. Of course, there is nothing the owner can do about this but, just wanted others to know you can hear traffic noise throughout the day."

"The property is right on the Russian River and has a lush yard. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful ambiance. There are many comfortable seating areas with two separate fire pits available for use. Coffee is provided in the morning and popcorn, if desired, is provided in the evenings. All of the staff is welcoming and helpful. We were in room 11, which is set up like a studio apartment with dishes and pots and pans. We definitely want to come back."

"Such an amazing place - an oasis, really. The expansive waterside lounging area is incredible. The dock with access to Kayak/paddle-boards makes enjoying the Russian River SO easy. The restaurant and bar are just perfect and the staff are so nice it feels like you’re staying at your cool, rich friend’s house on the river."

"We had a great stay! The place was super cute and cozy, and being right on the water made for such a beautiful setting. Communication with the host was also great throughout our stay.One thing to be aware of if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the water is that there isn’t really easy dock access. You are right on the water, but getting in and out can be a little tricky, especially for kids, who would definitely need adult help.Checkout also had a few more requirements than we’re used to, such as washing the used beach towels before leaving. Nothing major, just something we hadn’t experienced at other rentals before and worth keeping in mind.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a super cute place in a beautiful location, and we would definitely come back!"

"There was a slight problem getting the hot water going at first but turned out to be the circuit breaker . A maintenance person was contacted by the host but we were able to fix it ourselves, The stairs are bit of challenge ! Also wish the tv was in the living room. other than that very clean cozy great kitchen and supplies, everything you would need Great having the fenced yard for my dog ! no worries ! Also really nice to walk across the bridge to the local grocery and of course the river.! All and all we had a great time."
