"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. I knew we would be arriving late on the train and he was so calming and reassuring - this was important as we have never travelled to Italy before. Grazie! The breakfast was delicious, simple and just enough. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and sites to see, we enjoyed the Ferrari Museum and had dinner at two wonderful restaurants."
