I speak on behalf of the whole team when I say we are truly sorry you had to endure the heat while staying with us. We tried our best to solve the situation as fast as possible, unfortunately it was not up to us as our electricity company had to follow through with the switch from heater to AC.As I mentioned during your check-in, we would love to have you come back, being that you work in the area, in order for us to be able to redeem ourselves and have you change your mind about us.
