"The hotel is very conveniently located with an easy drive to any nearby locations. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. "There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

"The AC and toilet never worked, and the manager wanted us to stay in those conditions. The manager forcefully grabbed my friend's arm and led her to the AC unit, arguing that it worked. In addition to her rude manners, she displayed a very aggressive attitude. A manager should resolve the guest's problem, not impose their point of view, much less with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I would never go back to a place like that."

"Wunderschönes Hotel im alten Kohlebergwerk. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber die totale Ruhe. Wir haben super geschlafen! Das Abendessen kann man im Freien geniessen, gute Auswahl und lecker gekocht. Unbedingt jeweils am Morgen reservieren! Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Personal ist beim Frühstück überfordert, da man als Gast nichts selber schöpfen darf. So entstehen Wartezeiten. "

After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."
