Absolutely stunning property. Amenities and partnerships with local businesses were exceptional. We did a cooking class, wine tasting, horseback riding, yoga in the rose garden and took advantage of their private spa. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect stay. The resort is intimate with beautiful rooms, a stunning pool where you can watch the sun set under the Tuscan hills. The gardens are fragrant and lovely. Our breakfast was the perfect start to the day. We also loved the wine tasting.

My wife and I spent 3 days at Villa Svetoni when we were visiting Montepulciano and were very happy with the accommodations/experience. It was the perfect destination between our stops in Florence and Rome and we felt taken care of from start to finish. They have 12 rooms which provides an intimate and quiet environment to truly enjoy the countryside of Tuscany but is also a short drive into the city of Montepulciano. One of the reasons we chose to stay here which was evident throughout our stay is you get the charm and authentic feeling of a traditional agritourismo with the modern comfort and amenities of a boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and in tip-top shape and came with all creature comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredible as well. They assisted us with taxis and reservations in the city center (since we did not have a car), but my favorite was the day we decided to stay at the resort the entire day. Everything was amazing. Couples Massage, Lounging by the pool, Lunch on the terrace, dinner at their restaurant (not Osmosi but their Svetoni Menu), and trying their different wines throughout the day while walking the vineyard. (Pro-tip...get the Lasagna) They also have a solid breakfast each morning on the terrace. We didn't have time to sit down the day we were checking out and the team made sure we had a to-go bag of pastries and juice for our train to Rome.

This is a stunning property and the staff is top notch. The most comfortable bed we slept in during our whole trip. The Osmosi Restaurant is a Michelin experience not to be missed. The wine tasting was so enjoyable and the wine is excellent!! We highly recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel!

The property was very nice and definitely had a luxury feel to it, but there were a few issues that took away from the experience: 1. Ground-floor room: Our room was on the ground level, with a pathway directly in front of the window. This meant we had to keep the windows and shades closed at all times for privacy, which made the room feel more like a basement unit. 2. Lack of places to hang towels and robes: There was nowhere to hang our robes, bath towels, or pool towels, so we constantly had to leave them lying around the room. 3. Very slow internet: The internet speed was extremely slow and essentially unusable. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and has a luxurious atmosphere, but these issues were disappointing.

Boutique hotel with postcard views, high-end finishes and amenities. Family owned. Rich in history. The BEST wine tasting/tour I’ve been on. Don’t hesitate, book this place!
