Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Spacious billiard room, which opens onto a bright living room with direct access to the outdoor loggia, ideal for relaxing in the open air.
Going up to the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, moka coffee machine and American coffee machine. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, mosquito nets in the dining room, a cot and high chair, and a washing machine. Pets are allowed: 1 small pet, enclosed garden.
