Room sin a very bad condition, first thing I saw was a cockroach dead on the floor into the bathroom, with the print of it on the floor, I asked personal to go and clean the room, they just removed the thing without cleaning the floor … disgusting!!!

The Westin Monterrey Valle
In general de stay was ok, we only use the room for sleep, rest... all the time we were outside, in the Mall, meeting some places at MTY. We like the location of the hotel, the access, place, building, etc..
