"Absolutely beautiful home in the hills of Monteverde. Luis was excellent & always was in communication with me. Two beautiful master bedrooms with shades that you can lower as needed, & projector TVs. Infinity pool was awesome! Plenty of wildlife around too including hummingbirds at the purple flowered shrubs. Would be good to have a four wheel vehicle to get to the house. "

We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. We had our own unit with two bedrooms and a living room. They provided us with umbrellas which was so nice since it poured the majority of our time there. Free breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable but the lighting was so dim it was hard to see anything. During the day there was plenty of natural light but in the evening the low lights were a challenge. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch. The staff was warm and welcoming. This was a great place to stay for our family of four while visiting Monteverde."
