"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "

"The property was breathtaking, the animals were so fun to be around and Monica and Giovanni were the most exceptional hosts. You must have her cook for you, every item of food is from her farm or nearby farms and the food was perfect! We really enjoyed our time here with not only the accommodations but the company. You can truly see how much Monica cares for her beautiful animals. We hope to come again someday!!"

"This is a perfect location for a couple or family visiting Lucca. The apartment is beautifully and completely furnished. The landlady Renata is charming. Her recommendations were fantastic! There is documentation in English for all guidelines (recycling, etc) which is mandatory. Parking is very convenient. The location just outside the walls made visiting everything very easy. Would highly recommend staying! We will visit again. "
