"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a breakfast consisting of Sicilian baked goods, coffee and brought in from a local bakery. We also had a small private terrace. Parking was secure and easy. We participated in an ecotour to see Mt. Etna. The tour picked us up at the hotel, which was very convenient."

We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. "The Villa was spectacular and unusual. The outdoor swimming pool and downstairs indoor pool area were beautiful. The background of volcanic rock enhance the appearance of the pool area.The outdoor sun loungers were of high quality, so for quieter days it was lovely relaxing by the pool.We had breakfast on the patio every morning which was very pleasant.The main living area in the villa was a unique combination of art gallery and sports hall with numerous paintings and lots off decent equipment for indoor activities.The villa was well equipped. However, we learned how to use a traditional coffee maker on the stove and coped fine without a microwave oven which back home we have become too reliant on.The location of the villa was rural and was essentially set in a wood, so plenty of bird noises to hear along with occasional murmuring from Mount Etna ( which is a quite benign volcano and very closely monitored).A car is very useful ( essential) to have to explore the numerous tourist attractions in that part of Sicily.Communications were good before arrival, and we did not have any issues during our stay."
"The hosts are remarkable people. The property is basically an estate that has a couple rental rooms. Rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking an olive grove. I cannot say enough positive about the home and the gracious hosts. Highly recommended."

"The management company was great. They sent me an email informing me that the property was distant from stores and provided with information of a local town. When I arrived at the property they were quick to reply to my messages. The property manager even came out to meet me. The property is well suited for a minimum of five guest from what I saw. The bathroom needed some cleaning and repairs, also it’s a bit small. I was only there for one night but satisfied overall. "
