"Mostly excellent stay. The upkeep downgrade was because of one area where carpet has been ripped up. One weird experience: space-saving (good) location of toilet paper dispenser + industrial grade paper (not good, but the industry standard) means you need to forcefully yank the paper at an angle to tear off a sheet. In doing so, I cut my hand on the edge of the wood and bled a few minutes. I'm not litigious, but some guests are, so this might be a situation to address."

"A quirkily laid out house ideally located close to QU. The neighbourhood was quiet and finding the house on arrival easy. It was interesting to read about the history of the property. We were pleasantly surprised to find a clean and well equipped house matching the pictures on its Vrbo listing. We had a stay that enabled us to eat, sleep and relax without stress. If we had a reason to visit Quincy again this house would be at the top of the list of choices to stay."

"We had a wonderful experience, our hostess was very easy to communicate with and has created a place that feels like home. The beds are comfortable, the little extras like having a hair dryer, condiments in the refrigerator, coffee, and sweet snacks, made our trip and stay so much more pleasant than expected.
