Great Italian Vacation

A great place for a family vacation. An intimate cottage on a hill with a very large garden and a private swimming pool allows for a great rest. A small town with a delicious pizza (Bar L'Incontro) and a great wine bar (Benedetto Vino) A great starting point to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterre and the seaside (Follonica, Cecina). Very friendly and cordial owner Michele always helpful and providing support in times of need (eg where is the best food, where to go on a trip). I heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Fantastisch verblijf op een rustige, sfeervolle plekWe hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf! Michele is een zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije verhuurder. Alles rondom het verblijf verliep soepel en prettig – zo kwam hij ons zelfs het laatste stukje begeleiden om zeker te weten dat we de juiste weg reden. Bij aankomst stond er een gekoelde fles Prosecco voor ons klaar, en bij vertrek kregen we nog een mooie fles wijn mee. Zo attent!De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. In alle slaapkamers én in de woonkamer is airconditioning aanwezig, wat erg prettig is op warme dagen. De grote tuin is werkelijk een pareltje: een fijn zwembad, een hangmat, schommels en meer dan voldoende ligbedden. Aan de voorzijde van het huis is een overkapping waar je heerlijk buiten kunt zitten, ook overdag in de schaduw.De ligging is wat afgelegen, maar dat zorgt juist voor een heerlijke rust. In het nabijgelegen plaatsje Monticiano vind je een kleine supermarkt en een café/restaurant waar je pizza kunt eten of afhalen. In de directe omgeving is het aanbod aan activiteiten beperkt, dus een auto is zeker aan te raden voor uitstapjes.Kortom: we hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad en kijken er met veel plezier op terug!

Wunderschöne Location für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wunderschöner Ort zum relaxen und abschalten. Tolles weitläufiges Anwesen, welches hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Traumhafter Pool, der auch bei hohen Temperaturen immer angenehm erfrischend ist. Der Eigentümer wohnt lediglich 5 Minuten entfernt und ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.Er ist immer erreichbar und ist umgehend zur Stelle wenn etwas nicht stimmt. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Wir konnten 10 Tage hier verbringen und hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit hier. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht, das Grundstück ist gross und hat einen eigenen Pool. Es ist ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Hunde sind erlaubt.

Abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura otto giorni di pace e tranquillità. Anche i nostri cani sono stati contenti, liberi di giocare nell’immenso parco a disposizione. Casa confacente alle nostre necessità, fresca nonostante la calura esterna che abbiamo sconfitto con frequenti bagni nella piscina ad uso esclusivo. Gentilissimi i proprietari sia all’arrivo che alla partenza. Comunicazione ottima assolutamente non invadente. Privacy estrema. Certamente torneremo a salutare Michele e la sua gentilissima signora in una futura vacanza in Toscana.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne erholsame Ferien in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mit einem riesigen eingezäunten Umschwung. Für uns und unseren Hund das Paradies. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Pool

Das Anwesen ist herrlich und der Pool war super! Das Grundstück ist rundherum eingezäunt und wir konnten den Hund gut ohne Leine laufen lassen. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hat sich sofort um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Privatsphäre

Ein schönes Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück, beides sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist toll, groß und top gewartet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Dorf Monticiano ist in Laufdistanz und hat alles was man braucht — Pizzeria, Bar, Supermarkt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
