This flat was a lovely flat. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, and small places to dine. Both Silvia and Terra were truly accommodating and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return...but perhaps when the weather is a bit cooler.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza a dicembre con i nostri due bimbi, Cinquale e una località tranquilla ma ben servita. L'appartamento e molto bello e curato,dotato di ogni comfort. Consiglio!

Appartamento ben pulito ed elegante, comprendente di tutti i comfort che ci ha fornito un'ottima base per visitare varie località di rilievo nei dintorni. Host super, sempre disponibili ci hanno fornito indicazioni e hanno avuto tante piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatto molto piacere. Consigliatissimo!

Wie in anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben, manche Dinge sind nicht nagelneu, ABER wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung! Es ist einfach gemütlich und alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Strand ist mit 35 € pro Tag nicht gerade günstig, aber das ist dort so üblich und es gibt ja auch den freien Strandabschnitt, der auch nicht dreckig ist oder an einem Anschlußkanal liegt o.ä. Wir haben Liege und Schirm im Belmare allerdings sehr genossen. Der Ort ist nicht so mondän wie Forte dei Marmi, Gott sei Dank :-), man kann aber alles kaufen und gerne auch mal einen Cappuccino trinken oder Essen gehen. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, so wurde bspw. Pietrasanta zu unserem LIeblingsort, den wir ohne ihren Tipp nicht aufgesucht hätten! Heute Abend trinken wir den Willkommenswein auf unserer Terrasse, Danke für die schöne Zeit, bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal!

In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles was man braucht. Auch die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 600m) ist sehr angenehm.

We had a wonderful stay in Cinquale. The apartment wa wonderful and Silvia was an incredible host. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to enjoy the beaches or planning to explore Cinque Terra. Thank you Silvia for the assistance you provided.

Veramente una bella vacanza, partita bene grazie al caloroso benvenuto da parte della gentile proprietaria, piena di accortezze nei nostri confronti. La casa è tenuta bene, pulita e molto vicina al mare e ad altri posti molto belli. Abbiamo fatto tante belle gite e sicuramente torneremo appena possibile!

Un soggiorno piacevole in un appartamento veramente carino e ben arredato e pulito. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dalla gentilezza ed accoglienza dei proprietari. La posizione della casa offre molte possibilità di visite turistiche, sicuramente torneremo!

abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per far cambiare aria a nostro figlio più piccolo e la sistemazione si è rivelata ad di sopra delle aspettative. l'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, pulito, caldo (nonostante fossimo soli nella palazzina) e perfettamente attrezzato. la Sig.ra Silvia è stata molto cortese e disponibile nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni per il soggiorno. la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie compresa) unico imprevisto, si è intasato lo scarico della doccia ma fortunatamente c'era il "fungo" e in pochi minuti abbiamo risolto l'unico piccolo problema di una settimana di soggiorno.

WE really enjoyed our holidays in this very clean, comfortable and wonderful Appartement. WLAN was available in high quality. There were a Nice welcome basket with vin etc. Great Service, all Shops ms the Beach Could be reached easily.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, alles ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung und sauber. Die Vermieterin, die wir leider nicht kennengelernt haben, hat ein erstes kleines Frühstückspaket und eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß vorbereitet. Die nette englischsprechende Verwalterin erklärte uns alles, hatte aber leider keine Ersatzbatterie für die Fernbedienung des Hoftores dabei, sodass wir immer manuell öffnen und schließen mussten. Die Kleiderschränke riechen leider sehr, sodass wir immer die Türen offen hatten. Auf dem überdachte Balkon konnten wir wunderbar in der Morgensonne frühstücken, vor der Eingangstür gibt es eine weitere Möglichkeit zu sitzen und die Abendsonne zu genießen (Mückenschutz mitbringen). Eine "Arbeitsecke" auf dem Balkon könnte verdeckt werden, das störte ein wenig den Gesamteindruck. Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert, wer gerne Musik hört, sollte sich ein entsprechendes Gerät oder den Laptop mitbringen, da es kein Radio oder CD-Player gibt. In einiger Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen öffentlichen Strandabschnitt, ansonsten muss man wie üblich die sehr gut ausgestatteten Strandliegen und Schirme mieten, was z.T. sehr teuer ist. Der Ort selber ist recht ruhig, es gibt einige wenige Möglichkeiten zu essen, ansonsten sollte man sich ins Auto setzen und die umliegenden Orte besuchen.

Siamo tornati in questa graziosa casa per la seconda volta, e come sempre ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima accoglienza e grande solerzia da parte della padrona di casa. Proprio come ci ricordavamo. La zona è molto tranquilla e ben servita. Torneremo ancora!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartement. Die Ausstattung ist prima, alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top. Das Zentrum von Cinquale mit Geschäften ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand mit super Beach Clubs in ca . 10 Minuten. Parkplatz direkt im Hof - auch groß genug für unseren SUV. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank an Silvia.
