"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"Under new group and nothing like when it was a Best Western. The Spa pool was still out of order. We were there in October and it was broken. There was not the warm and friendly feel we’ve received for the last six years. It was very false. I’m not worried about fresh linen in my room, totally agree ..."

"Great location for popping into Cirencester and day out in the Cotswolds. Room was huge and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was undergoing a paint job when we stayed but everyone working was very polite and helped us avoid any wet spots! Would definitely stay again,"
