Parking does not accommodate SUVs.

The apartment is comfortable and well located. The parking lot does not accommodate vehicles above 5'6". Our Honda Pilot is 5'9", so we had to hunt for street parking which was inconvenient, so check your car's height if you plan ot use the parking.

Great Location in a Start Up Site

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the 1st floor of a building with old classic touches. The unit is modern, and still has some punch list items that need attention post-construction.Appliances include full fridge, full range, microwave, washer, dryer.Super bonus is the availability of a parking spot a block away. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs as street noise & upstairs neighbor activities are easily heard.Communication with the host was excellent. A minor glitch was figuring out the keypad lock. All in all a 5 star unit once punch list items are completed.
