"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. "Amazing accommodation in the Coach House on the Kinblethmont estate. Exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need, clean as a pin and crisp white bed linens. I would highly recommend.Located within easy reach of Arbroath where you have to try the Arbroath smokey , visit the working harbour and go for a cliff walk. "

"Mo and Al were amazing hosts. They made us feel like relatives they havent seen in a while. We had a welcome pkg of fresh eggs, and vegetables from their garden. Mo's home made Victorian cake was to die for. The cottage was very large and had amazing views. In a great location for short day trips. We will be staying there again in the future."
