"We had a wonderful stay in Houston and will definitely consider this property first on future visits. This location is excellent, with easy access to great restaurants and activities. It is also convenient for anyone traveling to the medical center, as it is just minutes away.Parking was a big plus, with both covered and driveway options available onsite. Communication with host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Maddie was especially helpful and accommodating when weather impacted our travel plans.Highly recommend! "

"Immaculately clean, perfect location, quiet street, and huge townhome, PLENTY of space for our group of 8 ladies in town for the rodeo! As first-timers to the Rodeo and not familiar with HTX, I did a ton of research to try to find a central, safe location, and this was perfect. Large shared spaces, huge master bathroom and bedroom, and large shared space on 3rd floor. Also, very well insulated in controlling sound from shared spaces and bedrooms. Reagan was also a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and offering to share recommendations. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Pros: (1) Location, location, location. The neighborhood felt safe and it was only a 10-minute drive to downtown. (2) The linens on the bed were really nice and the towels were hotel standard. Everything was freshly laundered.Cons: (1) There is no central heat and air, as the place is a little older. Since there were only two AC units, the one in the back room is very loud for sleeping (a bonus if you like white noise). The second bedroom gets less air flow because of the setup, since the second AC unit is in the living room. (2) The bathroom is small and has a tiny toilet. Since there is no central heat and air, the bathroom was super stuffy and had no ventilation. There's a weird mat on the floor of the tub and when I went to move it out of the way, it was wet, which means it likely doesn't ever dry out. I treated it like a gym shower and wore flip flops. "
