"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only things I could recommend: 1) The outside gas grill was very greasy and started a small fire when we started it. 2) The screws holding down the patio door by the grill are loose and one came all the way out, longer screws need to be used."

"Very nice property, comfortable and had all the necessities needed for a vacation. We would absolutely consider it in the future for another stay. The kitchen equipment (utensils like spatulas) could use a refresh but the appliances are good and relatively new."

"This property was perfect for our ladies weekend of touring the Petoskey area wineries. The cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only note is that the deck furniture had not been cleaned before we arrived. Not a big deal, but we had to clean off the cushions before enjoying the outdoor space."

"We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It was exactly as the pictures portrayed: super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family of 4, and the most beautiful views of the lake!
