"Great place to stay. Nestled in the mountains next to a beautiful rushing river, horses grazing in a meadow, it could be no more idyllic. Between Big Sky and Yellowstone West entrance, there is plenty to do. Staff was wonderful. Don't miss out on the rainbow trout or elk medallions at McGills. Have a huckleberry lemonade as a mocktail or cocktail after a day of hiking. Horseback riding was beautiful. Do the 2 hr up in the mountains. Wranglers are nice and even 1st time riders will feel comfortable. Get outside by 6:15am to watch the horses brought in from overnight pasture. "

"Was a really nice stay. Very nicely appointed room, Murphy bed was actually comfortable, staff was all very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit confusing at first but they easily directed me where to go for check in and then to park. Can’t drive up to this hotel due to its location right in the Village Center, but they will shuttle you to the door from your vehicle. Hot tub and pool are excellent-they said pool temp is 92, and felt wonderful in the cool mountain air! "
