The room was cold lack of heat time switched on and off
Sparkling clean, hot showers, comfortable bed, power points where you needed them, easy access. A trouble free, comfortable night for two travellers. Would have sworn we were the only ones there it was so quiet! Thanks!
A very comfortable and clean guest house close to Heysham Ferry Port with long stay parking available. No kitchen but breakfast available a few minutes walk away at the nearby beach cafe and lunches and evening meals available at the cafes and inns in Heysham Conservation area within a 15 minute walk.
Very convenient for the Ferry Terminal; very clean and comfortable; Not a very salubrious area and a bit of a pain having to go out for meals (including breakfast!)
Jack and Monika were the perfect hosts, everything about our stay was perfect in every way, nothing was a problem, very high standards are upheld by the hosts in every way, we will not hesitate to book again in the future.
We had the executive room which was very spacious. The room was clean with comfy bed.
The accommodation is next to the docks and isn’t the nicest area however Heysham is a short walk. It is a lovely village with a couple of excellent cafes and nice hotel for eating and drinks.
My room was lovely, very comfortable and clean! No fault of the owners but for me, the slight snag was the noise from the nearby port due to open windows (it was a very hot day/evening).
Jack, the owner, was very helpful with evening meal recommendations.
Lovely hotel. I was made to feel very welcome and I had everything I needed, including a good night’s sleep! The location is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others. I appreciated how clean and flawless the room was, too. Many thanks!
Online check in was easy and on arrival keys and directions to my room. The room was immaculate and very comfortable and modern. Checkout was straight forward and email communication for stay completion and payment was simple. All in all a nice experience.
The property was very quiet even though it overlooked the Port of Heysham. Lovely sunset from our window. Everything was excellent. A light over the mirror in the en-suite would be useful.
Unusual room and amazing bathroom. So clean. Although no breakfast yet due to after effects of Covid, there is a wonderful cafe 10 mins walk away. Would highly recommend the Port House.
Stayed in the executive room (1) which is nice and spacious and has a balcony at one end and a window at the other. The seating is very comfortable and you can sit look out through the balcony. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the centre of Heysham but is very close to the port. It is situated in a very quiet area.

Excellent room, good location for the port. Everyone
very helpful and very friendly. Great breakfast.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Port House. The staff were friendly and most helpful, amenities good and spotlessly clean. The one draw back for me was that not having a car it was a bit off the beaten track.
Port House was a great place to stay. we took the ferry from Isle of Man and came in late. The owners waited up until midnight for us, carried our luggage upstairs.
Liz and Simon were great in the morning cooked a really nice breakfast for us. It was a very enjoyable stay. They gave lots of ideas for stuff to do for the next day. Had a really nice big room upstairs with a view. The place was very nice. Much better than a hotel. Would definitely recommend this place
We spent 3 nights at the Port House and had a gorgeous room (7) looking over Morecambe Bay straight ahead and the port to the left. The large room had comfy seating, a fridge and one of comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The Breakfast was great. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great base for visiting the area in a quiet location.
Full English breakfast. Excellent. Oversll, everone and everthing great.

Adequate for one night when taking ferry although not really walking distance. Clean and good breakfast. Located in industrial area.
Great spot to stay before/after traveling to Isle of Man. Plenty of room and comfy bed, fluffy towels and modern hot shower. Staff all extremely friendly.
