"The Blackbush Resort is fairly new. Many inexperienced employees in training, which is okay. But whenever we brought a concern to them, they just apologized and didn't take any action, such as writing it down or saying, I will bring this to management's attention. Without follow through they will never improve to be able to appropriately train their people for a better experience to match the integrity of the resort. The continental breakfast is okay. They need to change it up and make it more interesting for people that stay more than two days, not very healthy. They need to train the staff that freshens the rooms to fully restock it so that the guest does not have to go and retrieve missing items. We did like the location even though it is a bit remote. It is still a short drive to many great locations and restaurants."

"We had a wonderful stay in Montague! The home was clean, had excellent amenities and was well stocked in terms of household supplies. Upon arrival, we were greeted with local treats including organic farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread, local butter along with a mixture of sweet and salty treats! The location was excellent if interested in exploring the eastern part of the province but it is also a comfortable drive to Charlottetown. The home is situated on the water in a quiet setting where you can experience amazing sunrises, seals and fishing boats coming and going. Becky’s communication was very timely, professional and informative. We would strongly recommend that friends and family book a stay here in the future and we certainly hope to return!!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Jeff was a fantastic host—communication was clear and quick, check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space was exactly as pictured. The decor was beautifully curated, making the space feel like home: authentic, cozy, and comfortable. The location, with direct beach access, was private yet incredibly accessible. The beach views from the house were fantastic! Jeff was thoughtful about the guest experience. We were provided with welcome gifts (for us and our dog), a booklet with recommendations for restaurants and activities, including a history of the property, kayaks, paddleboards, plenty of warm blankets, a vinyl record player with records, and a fully equipped kitchen. We would stay here again without hesitation. The hosts clearly made a great effort to create and curate a lovely beachfront space. Highly recommended for travelers and guests."
