Skyes Cottage - the property manager? was extremely hard to reach. I wanted to ask them if I could leave my backpack there before check in time, but couldn’t reach them by phone nor WhatsApp messages, just uncontactable. As a result, I sat in a restaurant for 3 hours waiting for the check-in time to arrive because I couldn’t go anywhere with my heavy backpack. Worst of all, the WhatsApp chatbot then finally replied, but saying that my problem was “resolved”, ridiculous. The cottage is located behind a house, making it hard to find when no clear instructions were given, but the overall location is good and convenient. The cottage is cozy and clean, with hot water supply. In the afternoon it can get a little warm and cold at night (with blanket it’s fine to sleep). In short, good property but poor communication.
