Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please just pile used towels together, to prevent laundry of unused towels
Lock back and front doors as you depart. Please make sure you return key sets (key safe and lounge, back door if used) - also parking discs
The bins are just outside the back gate. Make sure the hot tub lid is secure and back gate is left closed. If you do cook fragrant food on the morning you leave, please leave the kitchen window open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Electric Cars: We do not allow electric car charging at the property. The nearest public charging spaces are in the FREE council car park behind.
No fireworks including indoor fireworks. No confetti, glitter, pinatas etc No smoking or vaping in the house including porch areas or on the astroturf
No BBQs or fires in the backyard- astroturf is not flammable but it does melt and will require replacement.
