"Ana, who was on the reservation desk when I arrived was absolutely wonderful! By being so welcoming, and providing information, she set the tone for the entire stay. The room was very clean, and smelled clean. Breakfast wasn’t very good, neither of the variety nor quality of what was being offered, but this has been the case on many of the “free breakfasts” being offered by hotels these days. However, the coffee was great. Will probably stay here again."

"Here’s a clear, honest review you can use: ⸻ I stayed at the Hampton Inn and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I picked up one of the towels, it was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The bedsheets also did not seem properly clean, which made the overall stay feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and this experience did not meet that standard. As a result, we did not feel comfortable during our stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping practices."

"I checked in on a Tuesday night and was treated very nicely and cordially be the front desk staff. My room was kept very clean. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the food and the service. Thanks to the maintenance staff, the day front desk staff, and the restaurant staff."

"Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle of just finding anything to squeeze money out of you.. The staff are also not really interested in helping you."

"Our room was disgusting- we had blood stains on our window curtain as well as our shower curtain and some unknown stain all over the couch. The a/c had a metal rattle sound all night The sink was clogged the hotel itself is nice but the dirtiness of our room made it an unpleasant stay "

"Room was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fine overall, but the hot buffet was pretty limited and didn’t change much -more variety would improve it. Refrigerator and microwave in a room was a huge plus even tho we didn't use it this time but it's very rare for hotels to have it nowadays. "
