The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were furnished well and in good repair. The hotel lacks its own restaurant but two good restaurants are adjacent to the property. The stay was quiet ppl and comfortable.

Very comfortable stay

Excellent location-walking distance to Stephen Ave where there were a lot of restaurant and shops. Excellent breakfast buffet - good variety and selection and also nice to have coffee/tea and lounge space available 24 hrs. Excellent customer service- front desk was always friendly and helpful, especially Cindy who was so welcoming and kind! Excellent rooms- love the water pressure in shower and beds were comfortable and room clean. Gym was also very nice, new and had great city view. Only complaint was little storage space in the room and little bedside table space which matters especially when staying 9 nights. Uber drivers also still get lost finding this new hotel. All in all I was happy with my choice to stay here during an international watercolor festival held in Calgary.

Door noise constant and external traffic noise noticeable

We arrived late in the evening on a Saturday. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Bring that it was Saturday night the area was bustling. It may have contributed to some mess outside but that would be hard to clean up. When we were leaving in the morning they were in the process of tidying things up. Also be aware that 5th St and 10th Ave is a busy intersection so the area is also noisy with traffic and sirens. The hotel took steps to mitigate this by providing a white noise machine. All in all a great stay and would recommend!
