The only downfall was the cleaners who were moving furniture round in the room next door at 8am in the morning, which continued until we got up at about 9.15."
"We did not have the room I booked ie superior and were given a small room with a small bed. After a long wait we were given a slightly larger room and bed. Staff were friendly but incompetent and not there most of the time. No sense of security."

"Cottage was in a great place just a couple of hundred yards from town centre. Car parking was very good which was a few yards from cottage but always hot a space okay. Cottage itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. Had everything you needed. The only thing was garden getting a little overgrown but a nice little garden on the whole. Yes very enjoyable."

The location was excellent, right in the centre of this fascinating town.There has been some confusion about the parking permit as I got a parking ticket. The information I had was that the permit would expire well beyond our stay. I shall challenge, but not holding my hopes out."

"Overlooking the castle grounds this delightful apartment was clean, homely, spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony and bedrooms are great, especially as our stay coincided with the Ludlow Food Festival that was held in the grounds. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The staff we dealt with were also very friendly and helpful. Ludlow and the surrounding area are lovely and well worth a visit. Would certainly recommend a stay at this property.
