Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Außenbad fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts, um einen schönen entspannten Pool Tag zu erleben. Man kann Abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und grillen. Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. "Pros: Das Haus sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist natürlich besonders hervorzuheben. Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden und Essen findet sichtgeschützt und gut durchdacht draußen statt. Der sehr ruhige Ort Ariany ist noch ursprünglich mit wenig Touristen. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"The property is lovely in a nice peaceful location, only a short drive from Alcudia and the port of Pollenca, with loads of bars and nice restaurants. The town itself is amazing, typically Spanish, beautiful square with Tapas bars and restaurants. The villa has ample landscaped gardens with a large pool built in barbecue. You will have an amazing holiday if you choose to stay here. Paco the host was incredible helpful and check in and departure were smooth and trouble free. 5 star holiday"

"Wir haben ein paar super schöne Tage in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man kann super gut relaxen. Zudem bietet das Haus viele Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Je nach Sonne oder Schattenbedarf kann man am Pool sitzen, auf einer kleinen Terrasse vor dem Haus, auf der Dachterrasse mit Meerblick oder auf der Hauptterrasse mit großem Tisch, auf der wir unsere Abende verbrachten.Die Lage ist super um den Norden Mallorcas zu erkunden.
