"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. "The lil’ Casa Groc house was perfect for my week of riding my bike and sleeping on the island of Mallorca. Super quiet and plenty of space all around the little cottage, but close to groceries and restaurants. Check in was super slick and property owner was very responsive."

Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Außenbad fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts, um einen schönen entspannten Pool Tag zu erleben. Man kann Abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und grillen. Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. "Pros: Das Haus sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist natürlich besonders hervorzuheben. Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden und Essen findet sichtgeschützt und gut durchdacht draußen statt. Der sehr ruhige Ort Ariany ist noch ursprünglich mit wenig Touristen. Mit 2 Supermärkten und der kleinen Gastronomie aber wunderbar für einen Urlaub geeignet. Ebenso ist der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wunderbar unkompliziert und jederzeit...

"Pros: Wirklich tolle und große Unterkunft. Drei große Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer pro Zimmer. Sehr großer Pool. Sehr schöner Garten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt wirklich nichts über was man sich beklagen könnte und man hat alles um einen tollen Sommerurlaub mit der ganzen Familie zu genießen."
