Stunning home in Brsec

  • On a slope of the Ucka Mountains, in the small picturesque village of Zagore, on the road between the village of Brsec and the Istrian peninsula lies this cozy furnished vacation home. The house consists of two living units, which are spread over three floors and are connected partly by external and partly by internal stairs. The lowest ceiling height in the attic is 180 cm. On the property you will find large lawns where children can play and a beautiful pool with sun loungers. Enjoy the culinary specialties of the region in one of the many, good restaurants and get to know the wide range of recreational opportunities.

Supernette und überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus und auch Pool und Grundstück sind toll und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man von dort nicht zu Fuß zum Meer kommt. Weiterempfehlung auf jeden Fall :)

Da ich über diese Ferienunterkunft keine negativen Punkte aufzählen kann, hier die positiven:+ große GastfreundlichkeitDie Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind immer erreichbar.Sie haben ein großes Weingut in der Nähe und bringen ab und zu ein, zwei Karaffen selbstgemachten Wein.Zudem durften wir von ihrem gegrillten Blue Fish probieren.Auch Empfehlungen über Restaurants und Fischmärkte in der Nähe haben wir bekommen.Ihr schwarzer Labrador namens Blacky ist sehr menschenfreundlich und freute sich immer, wenn er uns sah.+ Perfekte Lage des AppartementsWir haben uns ein Auto von Sixt geliehen (zu empfehlen), welches wir am Flughafen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben.25 min Autofahrt entfernt finden Sie eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so z.B. auch bekannte Läden, wie Lidl oder DM.Der Garten ist riesig und auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Auf der unteren Etage befindet sich ein großer Pool (s. Fotos) mit 2 Sonnenschirmen und vielen Liegen. Eine Liege wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes vom Vermieter unaufgefordert repariert. Auf der oberen Etage befindet sich eine große Wiese mit 2 kleinen Fußballtoren, einer Rutsche und 2 Schaukeln. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern.+ Sauberkeit (vor allem die Gartenanlage)Mit den 3 sauberen Badezimmern kommt man sich auch als große Gruppe nicht in die Quere.Die Sauberkeit an sich ist gut.Der Garten wird regelmäßig gemäht und der Pool wird morgens vom Vermieter gesäubert. (Kescher liegen anbei, um Kleintiere aus dem Pool zu fischen).Am Abreisetag lief morgens schon der Poolroboter.Die Küche und deren Geräte sind ebenfalls sehr sauber. + EinrichtungIm Vorraum im ersten Stock befindet sich ein großer Tisch mit 6 Stühlen und einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Hier kann man sehr gut essen. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Klimaanlagen, die das Appartment schön herunterkühlen, vor allem an warmen, schwülen Tagen. Abends kann man sich unten an einen kleinen Tisch setzen und den Ausblick genießen.Die Betten sind sauber und bequem. Die Schlafcouch ist etwas härter, aber ich konnte trotzdem gut durch schlafen.Insgesamt befinden sich 2 Kühlschränke im Haus. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach (2 große Schubladen) befindet sich in der Küche und ein kleinerer unten im Erdgeschoss (perfekt, um Getränke zu kühlen).Alles in Allem wirklich eine sehr nette Unterkunft und nur weiterzuempfehlen.Wir hatten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Fewo ist genau wie beschrieben, die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer phantastisch. Sie ist in sehr ordentlichem Zustand, die Vermieter sind auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Sie spricht deutsch er englisch. Beide sind auch sehr unaufdringlich und zurückhaltend. Die Fewo ist nur zu empfehlen.
