Inside, the villa has a spacious ground floor with a living area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna. A separate unit on this level includes its own living and dining areas, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
