Just 2 km from Klanac beach, it offers an infinity pool that merges with the horizon and a covered terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and parasols. Explore the nearby cycling and hiking trails that lead to the Uka Nature Park and its peak Vojak. For thrill-seekers, there is a paragliding ramp in the park. Inside, the villa has a spacious ground floor with a living area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna. A separate unit on this level includes its own living and dining areas, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Sehr schickes Haus, viel Platz und sehr gute Ausstattung. Aktuell noch ein paar offene Baustellen, aber nichts was stört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schlüsselübergabe, Poolreinigung und wenn mal was defekt ist oder fehlt, werden durch die beauftragte Servicefirma prompt erledigt. 👍👍👍
