"We arrived late after a wedding and the front desk attendant was very efficient and pleasant. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Breakfast was sufficient room was clean but could use some updating."

"Really liked the comfort and coziness of the room, the refrigerator and microwave made it convenient for us to be able to bring snacks from home. My husband is a professional DJ so we booked the hotel for a weekend. Stay as he was there DJing a wedding.. we enjoyed the breakfast bar and pool as well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back! "

"1- Reservation online said what you see is what you pay. I paid $30.00 more than what I saw. There were added fees that were not on the hotels.com website, plus a $50.00 security deposit. We are senior citizens not college kids. I really would like a refund of $30.00. 2-Check in was ok but the guy could have explained the hotel layout and did not. We carried bags around and around for at least 10 minutes to find to Rm 295. The maze of rooms was amazing! 3- WHen we checked in there was no elevator, asked for a 1st floor room w/ king bed and there was none. 4- The room was somewhat dirty, walls and curtains, also the morning coffee situation was great if you only loved decaf. the toilet seat was loose, the safety chain was broken, not there. "
